The Secretary of the Ramakrishna Mission Boys’ Home, Rahara, of which Ramakrishna Mission Brahmananda College of Education is a unit, acts as the Secretary of the College. He is appointed by the executive body of Ramakrishna Math and Ramakrishna Mission, Belur Math. Swami Jayanandaji Maharaj is the current secretary of the Ashrama as well as the College.

Secretary's Message: 

As a secretary of Ramakrishna Mission Brahmananda College of Education, I welcome all the viewers especially the students to the B.Ed. course offered by our College. Knowledge is a pure and sublime possession of mankind, so says the Bhagavad Gita. Our ancient sages also stated the objective of learning as: “ sa vidya ya vimuktaye ( सा विद्या या विमुक्तये ) ”, i.e. true knowledge is that which liberates. True education makes our life harmonious with our existence. For peace and harmony, all of us must be freed from every kind of bondage. Keeping this in mind, along with the prescribed curriculum, we lay more stress on instilling values in our students. I pray to the Holy Trio (Sri Sri Thakur, Maa & Swamiji) for the wellness and wellbeing of everybody associated with the College, directly or indirectly. May the blessings of the Holy Trio be bestowed upon all of us so that we are able to attain enlightenment. Wishing all the best.
